Successively served as CEO and vice chairman of YZY Med, with over 10 years of experience in drug development and team management and over 8 years of clinical practice experience (pediatric, oncology, surgery), he has made unique achievements in tumor biology and immunotherapy, presided over or participated into 2 special scientific and technological items in the national project of “Major new drug creation” , and 2 scientific and technological development projects.

In Oct 2015, won the third prize in the " Yellow Crane Cup" Competition on High-level Talent Entrepreneurship Project in Wuhan.
In Aug 2015, awarded the fourth batch of Key Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurial Teams by the State Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, the team’s project won the "Most Potential Award" in the 15th China Venture Cup Entrepreneurship Competition.
